Currently, for our headquarters located in Biel, we are looking for our Research & Development department for a:SENIOR ELECTRONICS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERMission:Within the Electronics Technical Office, you will lead and carry out the hardware and software development of electronic systems intended for innovative electro-medical devices, in compliance with quality, regulatory, and industrial requirements.Responsibilities:- Technically lead electronic developments by guaranteeing compliance with budgets, deadlines, and development according to requirements and regulations- Provide technical support to internal teams and external partners- Management of techniques (specifications, planning, tests) while integrating cost, deadline, and quality constraints- Take charge of embedded software development and ensure its maintenance as well as its validation and follow EMC X tests for electronic systems- Follow-up of electrical safety tests according to IEC for electronic systems- Define specifications for test equipment, follow development with the supplier, and ensure implementation in production- Be a source of proposals in the development of innovative solutions and products- Develop test protocols and reportsSkills:- Engineering degree in electronics (HES / BSc / MSc in electrical or electronic engineering)- Confirmed experience in electronic development and technical project management (cost and deadline tracking)- Experience in the design and validation of electronic and/or embedded systems in a regulated industrial environment (ideally medical devices)- Mastery of design and development tools (Altium Designer, C/C language, Git/PLM)- Experience in testing and validation (EMC, electrical safety) and knowledge of IEC / IEC standards- Ability to write and structure technical documentation and risk analyses (FMEA)- Good level of technical English- Teamwork skills, rigor, autonomy, analytical mind, and solution-orientedWhat we offer:- Friendly and dynamic work environment in a family setting- Varied technical challenges in an innovative context- 5 weeks of vacation and 2 additional weeks on daily basis- Working hours- Contribution to health insurance- Discounts with numerous partners- Good social conditions jid2be3546aen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
