## Description du poste ##
Our client is seeking a highly performance-driven and analytically strong Senior Paid Social & Digital Performance Manager to lead and scale its global paid social.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Paid Social & Performance Leadership (Primary Focus - ~60%)
- Own and lead the global paid social strategy, with a strong emphasis on Meta Business Manager (Facebook & Instagram), and secondary platforms where relevant.
- Design, execute and continuously optimize performance-driven paid campaigns aligned with eCommerce, traffic and conversion goals.
- Act as the technical expert on paid social:
o Campaign structure, audience segmentation, retargeting, lookalikes
o Creative testing frameworks
o Budget allocation and scaling strategies
- Analyze performance deeply and translate data into clear optimization actions to maximize ROI.
- Support global and wholesale partners in executing localized paid activations, ensuring consistency and best practices.
2. Organic Social & Content Oversight (Strategic Guidance)
- Provide strategic direction and vision for organic social media, ensuring
alignment with paid media objectives and brand priorities.
- Collaborate with internal content teams responsible for content creation and
publishing.
- Ensure consistency in tone of voice, visual standards and storytelling across
platforms.
- Guide the use of platform-native formats (Reels, Stories, TikToks, Lives) from a
performance and engagement perspective, without being the main content
producer.
3. Influencer & Partnership Alignment
- Define the strategic framework for influencer and partnership activations in
alignment with brand and performance goals.
- Work closely with the team or person in charge of managing influencers and
partnerships.
- Ensure influencer activations are well integrated into the broader paid and
organic ecosystem (e.g. amplification, whitelisting, paid usage).
4. Reporting, Insights & Optimization
- Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports with clear insights and
recommendations for leadership.
- Track and analyze KPIs across paid and organic: reach, engagement, traffic,
conversions, CAC, ROAS and ROI.
- Monitor competitors, platform evolutions
PROFILE
- Min 7 years of experience in paid social, digital performance or growth
marketing, ideally within luxury, beauty or lifestyle brands.
- Strong technical expertise in Meta Business Manager is essential; hands-on
experience optimizing paid social at scale.
- Solid experience with TikTok Ads, Google Analytics and performance tracking
tools.
- A performance-first mindset, combined with the ability to understand and guide
brand storytelling.
- Comfortable acting as a strategic lead, coordinating with content, influencer
and creative teams rather than executing everything alone.
- Analytical, data-driven and ROI-oriented, yet able to collaborate with creative
profiles.
- Fluent in English; French is a strong plus.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is a plus.
