Senior Construction Site Manager / Construction Project ManagerPositioning: Direct reporting to the General Management.Central Mission:Structure and manage the construction division of the general contractor, ensuring both:- site management- cost estimation and budget managementThis position has the potential to evolve into Head of Construction.Priority Objectives (first 12 months):- Manage several projects autonomously.- Plan the work and coordinate the various stakeholders.- Organize and lead site meetings.- Ensure technical, financial, and schedule monitoring.- Control costs, deadlines, quality, and safety.- Establish financial forecasts and ensure margin monitoring.Detailed Missions:Site Management:- Manage several projects autonomously.- Plan the work and coordinate the various stakeholders.- Organize and lead site meetings.- Ensure technical, financial, and schedule monitoring.- Control costs, deadlines, quality, and safety.- Establish financial forecasts and ensure margin monitoring.- Manage additional work and amendments.- Validate quotes and invoices from companies.- Ensure the acceptance of works, the lifting of reservations, and the monitoring of perfect completion.- Establish regular reporting to Management.Price Studies / Cost Estimation:- Analyze tender documents.- Perform measurements and cost estimates (CFC).- Develop budget forecasts.- Consult companies and negotiate prices.- Perform analyses of technical and economic variants.- Participate in bid preparation.- Develop and maintain a database of companies.Profile:- Construction Site Manager- Technician ES in construction site management- Construction Engineer- Or equivalent solid experience in a general contracting company.Confirmed Experience:- Minimum 3 years of experience in a general contracting company.- Experience in site management.- Mastery of cost estimation studies.- Experience on several projects managed simultaneously.Essential Technical Skills:- You master in particular:- SIA standards;- CFC;- Tenders and company contracts;- Financial monitoring of projects;- MS Office tools, in particular mastery of MS Project, AutoCAD, Odoo is a real asset.- Good knowledge of the Geneva economic fabric as well as a network of partner companies will be appreciated.Essential Personal Skills:- Your sense of organization;- Your autonomy;- Your rigor;- Your leadership;- Your analytical and decision-making capacity;- Your entrepreneurial spirit;- Your ease of communication;- Your ability to unite teams around common objectives.Main Language: FrenchSecondary Languages: English (an asset)Field: Driving license B required.
