Who You Are
A seasoned DevOps / Site Reliability / Cloud engineer with 5+ years of experience building and operating production systems.
Expert in infrastructure‑as‑code with Terraform (modules, workspaces, CI validation, state management).
Deep knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and familiarity with multi‑cloud best practices.
Comfortable designing container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes or
ECS/EKS/GKE/AKS), service meshes, and autoscaling strategies.
Experienced with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar) and release automation for microservices and data pipelines.
Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Go, Bash) and following software‑engineering best practices (testing, code reviews, Git workflows).

At Effixis, we value innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, and we are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace.
What You Will Do
Design & Build reusable, modular Terraform stacks and CI/CD pipelines that provision Kubernetes clusters, serverless services, databases, and network components across cloud accounts.
Automate & Operate production workloads, implementing GitOps workflows, blue‑green and canary deployments, and policy‑as‑code (OPA, Terraform Cloud/Enterprise).
Enable Teams by creating internal tooling, documentation, and templates that let data scientists and software engineers deploy with self‑service ease.
Monitor & Optimise availability, performance, security, and cost; set up alerting and on‑call processes to meet uptime targets.
Advise & Lead architecture reviews and cloud‑migration roadmaps for clients, translating business requirements into technical designs.
Stay Ahead of the curve with the latest in Terraform 1.x, Kubernetes, serverless, FinOps, and platform engineering, sharing knowledge through brown‑bags and mentorship.
What You Bring
5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles, with demonstrable Terraform expertise.
Hands‑on experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production (EKS/GKE/AKS or on‑prem).
Proven track record implementing CI/CD for containerised and serverless workloads.
Solid understanding of networking (VPC, load balancing, DNS), IAM, and security best practices.
Familiarity with database services (RDS, BigQuery, DynamoDB, etc.) and data‑centric architectures.
Experience with configuration management (Ansible, Helm, Kustomize) and secret management (Vault, SSM).
Strong troubleshooting and incident‑management skills—you know your way around logs, metrics, and traces.
What We Offer
A chance to work with state-of-the-art LLM technology and contribute to groundbreaking projects.
A dynamic, supportive work environment that values creativity and professional growth.
Adjustable working hours and competitive compensation.
Dedicated resources for training and development.
