For one of our clients, Senior Care Manager 100% (m/f/d) - EMS On behalf of one of our clients, a recognized medical-social institution located in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for a Senior Care Manager (m/f/d) to join the human-sized establishment that welcomes long-term residents and offers specialized support. Responsibilities Directly reporting to the management and a member of the executive committee, you play a central role in the quality and development of care and support services. In this capacity, you: - Ensure the quality and consistency of the care and support provided to residents - Supervise and support the middle management and multidisciplinary teams - Assist teams in managing complex clinical situations and promote reflective professional practice - Ensure communication between the various services of the institution and external partners - Participate in the management of admissions and the follow-up of residents in collaboration with the network - Oversee the quality and compliance related to care - Actively contribute to institutional development and the establishment's development projects - Ensure compliance with legal standards and quality standards in the medical-social sector Management and Development of Teams - Supervise and support unit managers and their teams - Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and implementation of the skills development policy - Promote a constructive working environment Profile - Recognized nursing diploma by the Swiss Red Cross in management (CAS, DAS, or MAS) - Experience in EMS, ideally in a management role and/or experience in managing multidisciplinary teams - Good knowledge of the Vaud health and social network - Leadership, sense of responsibility, and ability to unite teams - Excellent skills and additional qualifications: Master’s in nursing science, expertise or complementary position within management What we offer: - The opportunity to actively contribute to projects and the evolution of the institution - A working environment focused on quality and humane values - Salary conditions according to the CCT SAN - Start date: as soon as possible or upon agreement Contact If you have any further questions regarding this job offer (reference: JN -), contact Alexandra Scholl at .
