To support the development of our client, a leading industrial player, we are actively recruiting a: Senior Buyer (M/F). Integrated within the team of the group, you will hold a position in supply: Develop and deploy the strategy for your category including sourcing (Global Sourcing) and: Conduct commercial negotiations on costs, deadlines, and quality standards and consolidate the conditions of the supplier panel: Source, audit, and continuously evaluate partners on a large scale. Manage risks: Prevent potential supply disruptions and ensure the permanent availability of critical stocks. Internal synergy: Work closely and transversally with the R&D, Quality, and purchasing departments. You hold a higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) specialized in purchasing or an engineering background complemented by a solid experience of 5 to 7 years in a similar role, acquired in the industrial sector (ideally in micromechanics or electronics). Equipped with an excellent analytical mindset, you are proficient in ERP systems (like SAP or equivalent). You speak fluent French as well as English (C1 level required); good knowledge of German is highly valued. Personality and skills: With an excellent sense of analysis and a certain charisma, you are a born negotiator. You stand out for your great resilience, tenacity, and agility in facing complexities.
