INGINIA is a Cloud & Infrastructure integrator serving companies in French-speaking Switzerland. Our business: supporting our clients in transforming their information systems, across four areas — Data Center, Cloud, Managed Services and Consulting/Audit.

Our highly qualified employees are the engine of our growth. To accelerate our commercial development, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager capable of leading the conquest of the French-speaking market, almost autonomously.

The position

You will join a deliberately small sales team, where everyone has a direct and visible impact. Your mission: to develop INGINIA's B2B commercial footprint across the whole of French-speaking Switzerland, with a strong priority on acquiring new clients. You manage your sales cycle from end to end — from prospecting to closing — and you write your own proposals.

This is a role for someone who wants to build, not follow.

Your responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and generate your own pipeline in the French-speaking market (hunting, not just farming)
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: hardware, software, service delivery and managed services
  • Independently write your commercial offers and presentations
  • Develop and maintain a network of clients and strategic partners
  • Contribute to INGINIA's value proposition and Go-to-Market strategy
  • Set your objectives, track your forecasts and achieve (exceed) your quotas

Your profile

  • 5 to 8 years of commercial experience in IT, ideally in a service company (MSP, integrator or similar)
  • Proven track record: you can show concrete and regular results in similar commercial roles — not just activity, but deals won
  • Very good knowledge of the French-speaking market: clients, partners, local dynamics
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and managed services — you can speak technical language to a technical buyer
  • Marked focus on acquiring new clients: you enjoy opening doors
  • Autonomous in writing and managing your deals
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable with clients and public speaking
  • Fluent French, good level of English (offers and presentations in both languages)
  • Valid driving licence; Swiss nationality or B, C or G permit
