This role ensures seamless execution of global leading product development & 360° marketing initiatives and will be based in [Location] and report to the Head of Fragrances - Global Marketing & 360°.Responsibilities & Development:- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities.- Conduct regular performance tracking and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.- Collaborate with Commerce & local markets to ensure clarity of priorities and collect feedback to refine strategies.- Act as an expert, ensuring coherence across the product portfolio, pipeline, and Maison positioning.- Co-develop and execute the global Fragrances strategy in partnership with the Head of Fragrances Offer Management.- Lead end-to-end product development processes from concept to launch, ensuring timely execution and compliance with the Maison's excellence standards.- Work with cross-functional partners (R&D, Studio, Supply) to secure product readiness.- Draft Launch Notes, product copy, and storytelling elements aligned with brand guidelines.- Monitor sell-out and portfolio performance, providing insights for Campaign Development.- Contribute to campaign & messaging planning.- Lead toolbox and ensure global content consistency across all channels - retail, digital, PR, media, and campaign rollout.- Collaborate with Global Commerce and ensure strong local campaign budgets in alignment with the Head of Marketing to optimize performance.- Champion new opportunities across product and experience.- Monitor beauty and wellness trends to anticipate shifts in consumer preferences, gathering market feedback and post-launch learnings to continuously enhance performance.- Inspire cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of direction and flawless project execution.- Mentor Junior Brand Managers, fostering curiosity and ownership.- Represent the brand in selected global meetings with top management.How you can fit:- 8+ years of experience in Brand Management within premium fragrance brands.- Fluent in English and French.- Strong understanding of global 360° marketing and the luxury ecosystem.- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, analytical rigor, and curiosity for consumer behavior.- Excellent interpersonal skills and mindset.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.- Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders.- Passion for beauty and luxury.We offer:- As a Living Wage Certified employer, we guarantee that all our practices meet or exceed established living wage and fairness standards.- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to help every employee grow.- Discounts on all your favorite L'OCCITANE en Provence products.- Parental leave policy.- Contribution to health insurance.- Permanent contract, full-time position (100%).- Starting: ASAP.L'OCCITANE en Provence is an equal opportunities employer.
