Your Mission

  • You are responsible for preparing, conducting and communicating audit results in all areas of the bank, thus directly contributing to strengthening our governance.
  • You identify, assess and analyse operational, regulatory and strategic risks, ensuring transparency for management.
  • You review and optimise the internal control system as well as internal banking processes, thereby making a measurable contribution to the development of the organisation.
  • You work closely with the external audit body and the group audit, coordinating audit activities effectively and solution-oriented.
  • You actively participate in the development of internal audit methodology and processes, for example through the use of data analysis, process automation or new audit approaches.

Your Profile

You hold a bachelor’s degree (University of Applied Sciences or university) in economics and have completed relevant additional training (for example, CIA or chartered accountant). You have several years of experience in the banking sector or in internal/external audit and possess a solid understanding of internal banking processes, the internal control system and risk management. Ideally, you have experience in data analysis. You stand out for your analytical skills, precise communication and excellent interpersonal skills. You work independently and in a structured manner, while collaborating with different stakeholders. You are a native German speaker and have a very good command of French.
