**Your Skill Set**
* Hold a degree in business administration, economics, or law from a university of applied sciences.
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in in-house or consulting roles focusing on reward, tax, or legal matters.
* Exhibit a highly motivated, energetic, and determined personality, consistently driving progress and innovation.
* Enjoy collaboration in project-focused and interdisciplinary teams, driving successful outcomes across varied teams.
* Possess strong communication skills that enable you to articulate ideas clearly and effectively, engage with diverse audiences, and foster strong relationships both internally and externally.
* Display a commitment to delivering exceptional service, combined with a proactive approach to taking on responsibilities from the start.
* Showcase strong proficiency in MS Office.
* Demonstrate fluency in both French and English, showcasing excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with German language skills considered an advantage.
