To learn more, follow our website.MissionsIn an institution of 120 people, you are responsible for monitoring human resources and are a driving force for ensuring the efficiency and coherence of HR processes. You actively participate in the development of the HR culture within the department. This will involve in particular:- Developing, managing, and monitoring various employment contracts- Accompanying sector heads in monitoring performance reviews for the entire institution- Ensuring consistent drafting and monitoring of the process for establishing job descriptions- Ensuring budget monitoring and continuing education- Assuming the role of Health and Safety at work representative- Participating in the management of current tasks- Collaborating on the organization of events intended for BCU staffDesired profile- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee combined with a diploma or a federal certificate related to the HR field, with at least 5 years of experience in human resources- You know how to manage priorities, deadlines, and problems calmly with a solution-oriented perspective- You perfectly master standard tools, and you know how to adopt new tools- You are an organized, flexible, and reliable person- You are capable of working both individually and within a small team, and you distinguish yourself by your interpersonal skills- You master the French language with very good knowledge of the German language.
