In this position you are responsible for:
- Manage AR daily activities e.g. cash receipts allocations
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Support with Cash Statement preparations
- Booking accruals and allocations
- Active participation in monthly and year-end closings and reporting
- Support the team during audits
- Involvement in the new ERP implementation project
- Participate in credit limits and bad debt assessment processes
- Ensure compliance with business procedures (e.g. SOX, US-GAAP, etc.)
- Participate in projects and process optimizations
Your profile
- Commercial apprenticeship or similar or high school diploma with relevant internships
- At least 4-5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within an international environment
- Very good English skills is a must, both in oral and written, French and/or German desirable. Any other language is a plus
- Excellent IT Skills (especially in MS Office Excel)
- Able to work in an international environment and in virtual teams, very well structured, organized, and flexible
