We are looking for a Senior Account Executive (m/f/d) responsible for developing the French-speaking Swiss market by managing the entire B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to signing, while contributing to the structuring of commercial processes. This position offers a high degree of autonomy, a direct impact on the company's growth, and prospects for advancement towards managerial responsibilities.

As part of the development of its activities in French-speaking Switzerland, our client is seeking a Senior Account Executive capable of driving commercial development and actively contributing to the structuring of the sales organisation.
Responsibilities
Commercial Development
- Develop a portfolio of new clients in the French-speaking market.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to negotiating and signing contracts.
- Implement a proactive multichannel prospecting strategy with the support of internal teams.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline to achieve defined growth objectives.
Structuring and Managing Sales Activity
- Participate in the continuous improvement of sales processes and qualification methods.
- Contribute to the formalisation of best commercial practices.
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of activity in the CRM and produce necessary reports for performance management.
- Identify optimisation levers to accelerate commercial growth.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing teams to improve the effectiveness of acquisition campaigns.
- Participate in creating client content and sharing market insights.
- Represent the voice from the field to various internal stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales with full sales cycle management.
- Proven success in developing new accounts in the French-speaking Swiss market.
- Excellent ability to generate new opportunities and close complex sales.
- Proficiency with modern prospecting tools, pipeline management, and CRM.
- French C2 and English C1.
- Driving licence and mobility across French-speaking Switzerland (the position is based in the Geneva region).

- Experience in business services, workplace-related solutions, recurring services, or B2B digital solutions.
- Developed professional network among SME decision-makers.
- Knowledge of German or Swiss German.
- First experience in structuring commercial processes or supporting junior profiles.

Terms and Benefits
Terms and Benefits
- Fixed salary: CHF 85,000 to CHF 95,000 depending on experience.
- Attractive and uncapped variable allowing total remuneration of CHF 140,000 to CHF 150,000.
