For a renowned watchmaking company, X Geneva location, we are currently looking for a finishing operator on machines (M/F). We are looking for a candidate whose responsibilities will include: Monitoring production on finishing machines; Performing manual tasks such as oil changes, basic maintenance, and restocking products; Within the framework of versatility, carrying out packaging activities and self-checking tasks; Recording production follow-up entries. Industrial experience is desired. Sensitivity to finishing trades is required. Mechanical knowledge is a plus. Professional skills required. Knowledge of means, visual acuity and sensitivity to aesthetic quality control. Very good dexterity for finished parts packaging activities. Very good physical condition (regular lifting of loads). Personal ease. A person with good logic, ease of learning, and a very good dynamic capacity, meticulous and autonomous. A team player who knows how to work in a cell.
