Our client is looking to complete their team with a: Accountant for securities and investments H/F Location: Lausanne Reference: CTIL Activity rate: 100%: CDI Detailed functions on securities: dividends, coupons, reimbursements, daily management and control of multi-bank portfolios including financial positions and flows between banks and internal accounting. Recording in financial software. Establishing consolidated reports on investment performance. Ensuring accuracy of financial assets and reporting. Maintaining private accounts and monitoring tables, weekly reports and cash flows, and entering invoices into the X system and executing payments (OP, e-banking). Monitoring cash flow, including cash from various companies. Preparing VAT accounts and accounting for ad-hoc analyses (related to audits and budgets and liquidity management). Contributing to ad-hoc projects with the management team. Experience and skills: Degree X or vocational diploma in business administration. Proven experience in securities/accounting for financial portfolios. Fluent in French and English. Experience with banking portfolio software. Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, especially in conjunction with Salesforce, would be a valuable asset. Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and currencies. Proficiency in common tools. Dynamic, excellent at managing unexpected situations, analytical, and meticulous.
