This department's mission is to ensure the management and logistics necessary for the smooth functioning of all HUG, including cleaning and disinfection of premises and laundry hygiene. It also manages the Biomedical Service and equipment as well as Cressy-Santé. More than professionals perform their daily tasks with a constant concern for excellence, with a sense of service and responsibility. Within the Department, the cleanliness and hygiene service is responsible for cleaning and disinfecting premises, rooms, and beds with a highly qualified team and measures to prevent hospital infections. Waste treatment, garden maintenance, and road management are an integral part of the activities of the Garden Sector Head - 100%. You will ensure the management and control of maintenance and development activities for gardens and outdoor spaces. In collaboration with team leaders, you will plan and optimize human resources in the sector and ensure the smooth running of activities across different sites. You will coordinate, support, and evaluate team leaders and guarantee the quality of all services at all times, respecting the standards, current procedures, and the needs of stakeholders. You will supervise the professionals in the sector and ensure the follow-up on recruitment, training, and skills development in conjunction with the Human Resources function. You will regularly hold meetings and promote clear communication and proposals, contributing to the continuous improvement of the quality and efficiency of services and managing resources for equipment and machines. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in horticultural studies or an equivalent level and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in management. You have good knowledge of common tools, particularly Outlook, and have several years of successful experience in leading teams, ideally gained in a hospital, hotel, or facility services environment. Recognized for your capabilities, you demonstrate a strong sense of dialogue and fairness, along with ease and confirmed competence in management and supervision.
