General Secretariat of the Judicial Authorities
The primary mission of the judicial authorities is to apply the law and administer civil, criminal, and administrative justice independently and impartially, with dignity, rigour, and diligence. They represent the third power (the judiciary) alongside the legislative power (Grand Council) and the executive power (Council of State).
The general secretariat, to which you are attached, plays a central role in the organisation of the judicial authorities. Its mission is to provide support and expertise to the governing bodies and to assume the administrative management of the judicial authorities.

Your missions
Your role consists of handling all administrative activities arising from the missions entrusted to the general secretariat. Responsible for managing mail, monitoring requests received via the generic mailbox, and answering telephone calls, you personally handle these or redirect your interlocutors to the appropriate partners.
You also ensure, via the SAP system, the accounting processing of invoices and other accounting documents of the judicial authorities, notably ensuring their validation by the person who incurred the expenses, then proceeding with their accounting with the relevant allocations. You also assist the financial manager in certain activities related to the closing of monthly and annual accounts and are the primary contact for both internal and external partners for all accounting matters.
Finally, you assist the general secretariat as well as the administrative commission of the judicial authorities by performing usual secretarial tasks (drafting letters, maintaining statistics, supporting the organisation of meetings and events, etc.). You also participate in updating information related to the activities of the general secretariat published on the judicial authorities’ website.
Being part of a small structure where interdependence and versatility are essential, you also provide support to the HR sector activities of the general secretariat when necessary.

Your profile
Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification, you have prior professional experience useful for the position, ideally gained within an administration or a law firm. Comfortable in a demanding environment with numerous and varied requests, you demonstrate organisation and calm to respond effectively.
Meticulous, you have developed organisational techniques to carry out your activities with the expected quality and within deadlines. You also show a strong affinity for numbers; a background in accounting is an asset.
Appreciated for your team spirit and strong sense of loyalty, you are also recognised for your commitment and great discretion. Able to train yourself independently, thanks to the provision of guidelines, you quickly become autonomous. When faced with overload situations within your team, you know how to prioritise your tasks to support your colleagues.
An excellent command of French and common IT tools, notably the Office suite, is required. Knowledge of an ERP, particularly SAP, is an asset.
This position also requires holding a clean criminal record and debt collection record.

We offer you
  • A varied activity within an organisation in constant evolution.
  • Flexible working conditions in an inclusive and equitable environment.
  • Quality social benefits and extensive training opportunities.
