Secondary School Teachers – English + German (Grades 9–10)

To reinforce our teaching team, Collège La Découverte is seeking two secondary school teachers (Grades 9 and 10) for the current academic year, one in English and one in German.

We are looking for passionate and committed educators who are enthusiastic about their subject and eager to contribute to the growth and development of our new secondary school.

About Us

La Découverte operates two bilingual (French-English) primary schools using activeteaching methods, serving 230 and 110 students respectively. One campus is located in Geneva, the other in Mies. Our new Collège La Découverte, located near Place des Nations in Geneva, opened its doors in August 2025.

Position Overview

The selected teachers will collaborate closely with the school leadership and pedagogical team to implement the school’s educational vision, ensuring alignment with the objectives and standards of the Swiss PER curriculum.

Profile Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in secondary education
• In-depth knowledge of the Swiss curriculum (PER) and its objectives
• Strong interest in project-based learning and constructivist pedagogy
• Committed to supporting students’ development, growth, and well-being
• Familiarity with alternative pedagogical methods
