Your responsibilities




* Scientific and organisational coordination of the SNSF-funded MULTICAST consortium
* Planning, organising and coordinating project activities in close collaboration with the project leadership and national and international consortium partners
* Organising meetings, workshops, scientific conferences and other academic events
* Supporting dissemination activities, public engagement initiatives and science communication
* Assisting with reports to funding agencies and coordinating administrative and organisational processes
* Contributing to the development of follow-up projects and the preparation of competitive national and international grant applications
* Depending on the candidate's profile, contributing to additional strategic and scientific coordination activities within Professor Birgit Kleim's research group




Your profile




* Master's degree (or equivalent), ideally in psychology or a related discipline
* Excellent organisational skills and enthusiasm for independently driving complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
* A structured, proactive and self-directed working style
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with enthusiasm for working in an interdisciplinary and international research environment
* Excellent written and spoken German and English
* Previous experience in academic research, project management or the coordination of larger research projects is an advantage
