To learn more, follow this.Missions: Within the chemistry department of HEIA-FR, you will ensure the excellence of synthesis and support the students. Mission and area of activity: - Educational support: accompany/support students during their work and projects, ensuring compliance with good practices and safety standards (HSE). - Technical expertise: ensure the maintenance and functioning of synthesis equipment. You will also act as an expert on this equipment and continuously manage infrastructures through modern technologies. - Research and development: participate in research and development activities by designing and executing syntheses and then characterizing the results. - Promotion: support the various activities of the chemistry department and the ChemTech institute. Desired profile: - HES-trained chemical engineer, chemist, or equivalent qualification. The position is also open to chemists with extensive experience in synthesis. - Several years of experience in organic synthesis. - Advanced mastery of synthesis and analytical techniques; strong interest in new equipment and methodologies. - Team spirit, strong sense of rigor, and ease in transmitting knowledge. - Proficiency in French or German with knowledge of the other language, as well as good knowledge of technical English.
