Geneva (and remote work) | What you can contribute- Analyze processes for first-pillar exchanges; collect their requirements within the framework of the project, transcribe them into requirements, and monitor their implementation to ensure compliance.- Participate in defining their medium-term evolution, coordinate and prioritize the future in collaboration with services and institutional partners of the first pillar in Switzerland; support them in IT services offered within their own system.- Manage a release with the services; create and maintain test plans; develop test cases and make them available to developers and the business.- Design and carry out analyses of data contained in the systems of the Central Office and in the central systems of first-pillar social security.What makes you unique- Holder of a higher education degree in a physical field, and benefiting from proven experience in Business Analysis (CCBA or CBAP a plus), in test execution within the framework of projects (ISTQB a plus), and in agile development (particularly as a Product Owner).- Good knowledge of decision-making as well as databases (particularly SQL language).- Ability to work on several files in parallel, autonomously, in a structured manner, and with very good analytical and writing skills.- Curious, persevering person with an excellent capacity for synthesis. Increased process automation is therefore essential and, to achieve this, a new law is under discussion in parliament. It aims in particular to set up an electronic 1st pillar as an access point. This will rely on the systems already in place at the Central Office, which will be responsible for its management.
