It offers adapted learning for children and adolescents with special needs. With more than 500 students, it has six schools, five TEM centers (school-to-work transition), a mobile service, and a temporary reception unit.We are looking for a School Director for our School of Philosophers in Yverdon-les-Bains (11 classes from 1P to 11S). You coordinate the activities and the various stakeholders and manage a multidisciplinary team of more than 40 members. You actively contribute to embedding the school in its social and institutional environment.Your ProfileYou combine pedagogical expertise and leadership: - Master’s in special education or an equivalent qualification - Proven experience in team management and project management - Good knowledge of issues related to disabilities (a CAS in autism is essential) and ease in managing and establishing a structured and secure framework.
