Do you have a sense of [responsibility] and excellent stress resistance?Then you might be the person we are looking for:Executive Assistant for the School SectorPermanent contract 80 to 100%The main mission consists of ensuring the smooth operation of the School Sector (educational and therapeutic teams) located at the site in Echichens. As a member of the Management team, you contribute to meeting challenges and seeking innovative solutions in a stimulating environment.Mission:- Actively participate in the search for pedagogical-therapeutic coherence of the sector and the quality of services.- Ensure that services for minors and their families are delivered in the prescribed quantity and quality, in line with the institutional concept and guidelines.- Be responsible for the quality of the students' therapeutic and/or pre-professional projects as well as assessments.- Be the contact person for care structures.- Participate in various colloquiums and meetings related to the function.- Directly manage pedagogical-therapeutic teams and represent management to external partners.- Participate in admissions.- Ensure personnel management, budget management, and sector management.Required requirements and desired skills:- Hold a Master's degree in special education or a title deemed equivalent.- Hold a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in team management or the willingness to train quickly.- Possess excellent knowledge of the system.
