Description

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Scaffolding Team Leader to strengthen our team.

Your responsibilities

• Organise and supervise the assembly, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding.
• Manage a team of assemblers and ensure the proper distribution of tasks.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
• Check the conformity of installations before handing them over to the client.
• Monitor the progress of sites in collaboration with management and other stakeholders.
• Ensure the good condition of the equipment provided.

Your profile

• Proven experience in scaffolding (minimum 2 years), with experience as a team leader.
• Good knowledge of current safety standards in Switzerland.
• Organisational skills, autonomy, and team spirit.
• Ability to manage a team and make decisions on site.
• Category B driving licence essential.
