Credit Administration Team Leader 80-100%
Your activities
- Manage and support the Credit Administration team
- Ensure credit operations are processed in compliance with legal requirements, on time and according to quality standards
- Establish, review and manage credit documents as well as all correspondence and contracts
- Process incoming mail and ensure its distribution
- Enter and keep credit and property data up to date in the system
- Perform credit closures and issue guarantees
- Ensure data quality and carry out periodic checks
- Extend and convert existing credit products
- Maintain telephone contact with front office staff, offices, notaries and other financial institutions
- Participate in projects and contribute to continuous improvement
You possess
- Completed banking training or commercial training (notary / land register), supplemented by further training in banking or business management
- Proven experience in the credit field, ideally in credit administration
- Experience in leadership desired
- Excellent command of French (working language)
- Good knowledge of German required
- Independent, rigorous and solution-oriented working method
- Team spirit, ability to manage priorities and maintain an overview during busy periods
- Good communication skills, winning and confident attitude
- Knowledge of Finnova is an advantage
