SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (m,f,d) - Performance \& Goals - 100%
Project: For an ongoing SAP SuccessFactors Programme, we are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support daily operations and the rollout of key HR modules.
The project includes Performance Management and Goals, Succession Management and a planned implementation from February 2027.
Tasks:
\* Support the daily operation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in line with agreed SLAs
\* Support the rollout of Performance Management and Goals and Succession Management
\* Support the implementation of the Compensation module planned from February 2027
\* Advise HR departments and other stakeholders on SAP SuccessFactors solutions
\* Analyse business and technical requirements and support their implementation
\* Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems
\* Provide second- and third-level application support
\* Analyse and resolve incidents and system issues
\* Monitor HR data flows and replication interfaces to other SAP systems
\* Coordinate with internal stakeholders, the software provider and external implementation partners
Required Skills \& Experience:
\* At least five years of project experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors
\* Practical application support experience with SAP SuccessFactors
\* Strong experience with Employee Central
\* Experience with Performance Management and Goals
\* Experience with the Compensation module
\* Technical knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration, interfaces and end-to-end integration
\* Experience with requirements management and test management
\* Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective SuccessFactors solutions
\* Degree in business administration, business informatics or an equivalent professional qualification
\* Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach
Nice to have:
\* Experience with SuccessFactors Succession Management
\* Experience supporting further SuccessFactors module implementations
\* Experience working on cloud implementation projects
Languages:
\* Fluent English (written and spoken)
\* German advantageous
\* Spanish advantageous
