Philippe SA Geneva SAP Specialist Philippe SA Geneva SAP Finance Specialist Mission Within the Management division and the Systems department, the SAP Finance and Controlling Specialist has the primary mission of developing and maintaining the company's ERP and related systems in the areas of Finance and Controlling, based on business and technical requirements, and ensuring its performance. He also contributes to the implementation of technologically complex and/or impactful projects for the end result. Responsibilities Development - Analyzes the functional needs of the company and the business and defines the technical characteristics of the system. - Defines the system requirements arising from functional and non-functional requirements (availability, security, performance). - Develops technical solutions and proposes the functionalities to be implemented, evaluates them, and suggests choices adapted to the needs. - Configures, tests, and implements the SAP environment allowing the proper execution of financial and controlling processes for the business (modules FI / CO / VIM). - Conducts testing and acceptance phases of the solutions and their implementation. - Advises and collaborates on project frameworks. Support - Monitors the proper functioning of the ERP within its functional scope. - Provides technical advice and assistance and resolves defects of the ERP within its scope. - Manages change requests within its scope and updates documentation (templates, interfaces, testing procedures, manuals, etc.). Management - Participates in project phases related to the development and maintenance of the company's ERP, ensuring functional analysis, development, and technical aspects while adhering to current norms and standards. Security, Compliance, and Audit: - Contributes to managing the security of access, roles, and permissions, and ensures compliance with internal and external security and data confidentiality standards (GDPR, etc.). - Maintains documentation in relation to the company's DRP - Disaster Recovery Plan objectives. - Participates in internal and external audits to ensure solution compliance in its functional area with security standards and proper usage.Profile of the position - Degree in Systems or IT Project Management. Minimum 5 years of experience in an equivalent position in a SAP environment, ideally including project management aspects. - Excellent understanding of financial flows and controlling in an operational environment. - Experience in S4 environments and solid functional knowledge of SAP modules: FI / CO / VIM. - Experience with middleware (BOOMI appreciated) and interface monitoring. - Knowledge of ServiceNow appreciated (incident/change/case management). - Mastery of ITIL methodologies - Good practices in change, incident, and problem management. - Experience in support or e-invoicing (ideally in Europe) and/or mastery of regulatory requirements in VAT would be a plus. - English level B2 minimum. - Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a structured approach. - Ability to work and communicate transversely with technical and functional teams and all stakeholders. - Proactive mindset. - Autonomy and versatility. - Ability to monitor and adapt to technological changes. jida346773aen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
