For our international client, we are currently looking for an experienced DTC Process Consultant.
Your main task is to support the customer in the collection, assessment and design of DTC (direct to consumer) processes as part of an SAP S/4 Hana implementation and rollout project.
S/4 HANA project experience is preferred. You will not be doing any customization or technical work on SAP.Tasks:* Act as DTC (direct to consumer) Business Process Consultant
- Act as bridge between business and technical as well as implementation team Collect, assess and process DTC (direct to consumer) business requirements from business counterparts Provide guidance and solution proposals
- Support client's S/4 HANA roll outs
- Lead workshops and explain template solution* Identify gaps
- Partner with tech teams for solution design, development and implementation of new functionalities
- Create test scripts and training material
- Cutover management & Hypercare
- Internal and external stakeholder management and communicationRequirements: Long-term project experience in Business Process /process solution design and delivery Long-term project experience in SAP DTC (direct to consumer) process is a must
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and market places as well as Retail, POS integrations and stock transfers is essential
- SAP S/4 Hana project experience - preferred Very good knowledge of business processes and relevant technology in Wholesale, Retail and/or E-Commerce Project experience in international projects for European businesses
- Experience in the retail, fashion or consumer goods industry - highly beneficial
- Fluency in EnglishProject details: Start: October Duration: 3 months (+ option to extend) Workload: 5 days per week Location: Hybrid, on site work in Germany approx. 2-3 days/week every other week or for critical workshops & onboarding, rest can be done remotely* Languages: Fluency in English, German language skills nice to haveTelephone interview slots with our client can be arranged at short notice with a decision immediately thereafter.
