## YOUR ROLE ##
Capgemini Switzerland is looking to grow its logistics practice by hiring an additional SAP TM (senior) consultant. This new hire is expected to directly onboard on a large S/4HANA transformation project for a key player in its industry.
As an SAP Transport Management Consultant, you will play a crucial role in optimizing transportation and logistics processes. Your expertise will drive efficiency, innovation, and seamless system integration.
* Design and implement SAP TM solutions on S/4HANA, ensuring smooth integration with other SAP modules to enhance transportation and logistics processes by collaborating with other teams;
* Analyze business requirements and optimize workflows, providing expert recommendations to improve transportation efficiency and logistics accuracy, by driving automation and innovation;
* Provide constructive and out-of-the box thinking, replying to challenges with original standard features or adequate custom developments;
* Leveraging your industry knowledge, allowing our customers to unlock their full potential with the best practices.
## YOUR PROFILE ##
* SAP Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in S/4HANA transformation programs, specifically in the SAP TM module with Advanced license;
* Functional Expertise: Proven experience in designing, configuring and testing SAP TM in the following areas:
* Transportation Planning & Execution
* Charge Calculation and Freight Settlement
* Integration Knowledge: Understanding of how TM modules integrate with other SAP modules such as SD, MM and EWM, ensuring seamless business operations. Knowledge of integration with BN4L (FC option), GTS, and Product Compliance is a plus;
* Communication Skills: Fluency in English and French is required with excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively collaborate with global teams;
* Education: Minimum bachelor-s degree in business, Math, MIS, or equivalent discipline.
