Sales Technician in SanitationWithin Amoudruz SA, an SME of 50 people specializing in sanitation in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud, you will be in charge of the masonry department. You will be the technical point of contact for 3 teams of 2 people. You will be responsible for managing your client portfolio for all our emptying, cleaning, troubleshooting, and masonry missions.- Prospect for new clients,- Analyze and understand client files,- Calculate costs and draft commercial intervention proposals, and monitor their profitability,- Plan the intervention with the relevant people (team, subcontractor, and client),- Draw sketches for buried or semi-buried installations,- Prepare the equipment and necessary vehicles,- Establish daily reports,- Organize site monitoring,- Issue invoices,- Ensure post-intervention client follow-up.Hierarchical links:You report to the director and work in close collaboration with all staff and the workshop.Required skills:- Writing skills (Drafting priced commercial proposals with quotes, technical site reports, invoices)- Organizational skills (Planning, organizing, supervising a site, teams)- Managerial skills (Training, supervising teams)- Interpersonal skills (Conflict management, ensuring after-sales service)- Mastery of Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook...)- Good knowledge of the city of Geneva, the Geneva canton, and the Vaud canton,- Knowledge of EU/EC networks, knowledge of the emptying field,- Holder of a CFC or equivalent diploma/experience in masonry / Civil Engineering preferred,- Mastery of the French language in writing and speaking (level C2),- Background in construction with experience in masonry / Civil engineering (5 to 10 years),- Knowledge of Autocad, ODOO,- Team spirit, sense of service, rigor,- Autonomous person with managerial competence (team of 10 people),- Flexible, communicative, organized spirit.- Be in possession of a valid work permit.Location: GenevaStart date: To be agreedActivity rate: 100% or 42h50 per weekWorking days: Monday to FridayEmployment type: Permanent contract jid807a02eaen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
