Project Manager in Sanitary Engineering (80-100%)

Your tasks:

• Maintaining and developing relationships with clients, business partners and professional associations
• Developing concepts
• Leading and coordinating projects
• Monitoring financial indicators
• Executing plans and project diagrams in the sanitary field
• Supervising construction works
• Planning and managing medium to large-scale projects
• Technical support and guidance for sanitary project managers
• Participating in the preparation of bids
• Participating in HVAC coordination
• Preparing preliminary measurements and quotations
• Monitoring works, deadlines and invoicing
• Cost estimation of sanitary installations
• Experience in sizing special fluids (compressed air, steam): an asset

Your skills and qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of sanitary installations
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Switzerland in a sanitary project manager position
• Sanitary draftsman CFC, ideally complemented by a federal diploma or a higher technical diploma in building technology, or an equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of the local market
• Knowledge of Swiss standards
• Knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Dynamic and able to work in a team
• Strong interest in energy and sustainable development
• Proficient with common IT tools
• Knowledge of English or German is an advantage
