Your Tasks
- Developing innovative and integral concepts
- Contributing technical expertise
- Managing demanding sanitary projects in the field of building services engineering across all phases
- Leading interdisciplinary project teams, planning resources and assuming economic project responsibility
- Coordinating with clients, authorities and specialist planners and representing the projects externally
- Scheduling, documentation and regular reporting to management.
- Active involvement in the strategic further development of the building services engineering department
Our Requirements
- Technician HF or completed studies in building services engineering, supply engineering or a comparable engineering discipline
- At least 10 years of professional experience, including several years in managing sanitary projects
- Ideally VKF certification for sprinkler planning
- Knowledge of MS Project, Visio and Plancal Nova
- Strong leadership, communicative, high personal responsibility as well as strategic thinking
- German (min. C1), English (B2)
