Do you want to manage your projects from A to Z, not just draw plans? At Pro-Tech Heating, you take full responsibility for your sanitary projects, from the client’s initial request to the final invoicing. We are a human-sized SME, SSIGE concessionaire (water and gas), which relies on artificial intelligence (AI) to ease daily tasks. And above all, a company where you are trusted: you have free rein on your sites, because here it’s the results that count.

Your roleYou manage your sanitary sites from start to finish: analysing the request or tender, on-site survey, advising the client, costing, coordinating assembly teams, technical and financial follow-up, up to delivery and final accounting. Our clientele is varied: private individuals, property management, architects, general contractors, local authorities and industries.

Specifically, you:Analyse plans and tender documents, carry out on-site surveys and advise the client on technical and budgetary solutions

• Prepare plans and execution details on AutoCAD, measurements, sizing and material lists
• Cost estimates and bids according to CAN (with Win_OD) and consult suppliers
• Plan and coordinate assembly teams, participate in site meetings with architects and clients
• Ensure technical and financial follow-up, manage additional work, prepare final accounts and invoicing
• Handle work announcements and connection requests (notably Viteos, canton of Neuchâtel)

Your profile

• CFC as a sanitary building services designer, or equivalent recognised training in Switzerland
• Experience in design, costing and project follow-up of sanitary projects in Switzerland, with good knowledge of SSIGE and SIA standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proven experience in preparing bids according to CAN and good mastery of its operation (prerequisite)
• Win_OD is an asset; if you have already worked with bidding software integrating CAN, you will quickly master it
• You enjoy autonomy and taking the lead, but always as part of a team: you rely on the expertise of your technicians and take their opinions into account to progress together
• Sense of site profitability, ability to manage several projects in parallel, ease of contact
• Fluent French, spoken and written, and a valid driving licence
• Curiosity for artificial intelligence (AI) applied to the profession: for us it’s not a gimmick, it’s a way to save time on administration and project management

Experience with AI is an asset, not a requirement. We are primarily looking for someone curious, pragmatic and open to new working methods.
