Sales LeadRole descriptionThe Sales Lead OA plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Unit s for the maintenance and repair business in Switzerland. The position ensures the local sales is well‑structured, aligned, and fully focused on delivering business priorities and OA performance targets. With a strong sales management background, the Sales Lead OA drives disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and effective sales planning. Working closely with the OA Lead and the Sales Lead OU, the role leads strengthen sales performance, commercial effectiveness, and customer value.Success in this position requires strong insight and the ability to effectively within a complex environment. The role daily with OT Leads, Service Sales and T Sales to achieve sales objectives, optimize processes, and continuously improve of annual sales for maintenance and repair businessFunctional leading of the Service Sales (Generalists, Account Manager, Recovery specialists, T-Sales- disciplined pricing execution and annual price adjustments.- Implement effective pipeline management, CRM adoption, and sales tools- Strengthen lead through digital marketing and targeted acquisition- Analyse market trends and derive actions to grow portfolio and service contracts- Enhance contract product offerings and drive maintenance portfolio expansion- Manage repair sales funnel, lead and customer engagement- Plan and execute T‑campaigns to support sustainable repair (T) growth- Support rollout of processes/tools to meet growth targetsRole KPI s- ABV / O‑Sales- O‑Margin- T‑Orders & T‑Margin- Conversions, & & Recapture Gain / Erosion NPS)- OO‑Subscriptions & Forecast Accuracy (FCST vs.Competencies & Skills- 5+ years experience in service and repair business- Strong understanding of maintenance, repair, and sales processes- Fluent in French and English.
