For our esteemed client in the insurance brokerage sector, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SALES SUPPORT professional to bolster their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless client service and efficient sales operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and processing insurance applications.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing quotes, contracts, and reports.
  • Communicate with insurance providers to ensure smooth policy issuance and updates.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide prompt and professional support.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies.

    qualifications

    • Registered with FINMA (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority).
    • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales support within the insurance industry.
    • English level B2 (both written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
