** ****HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
As **Sales Representative Switzerland**, you will actively contribute to the commercial success and visibility of Baume & Mercier across the Swiss market.
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will manage and support a portfolio of wholesale partners, ensuring strong sell-out performance, optimal brand presence, and long-term client relationships.
This is a 6 months fixed-term position, starting on the 1st of December 2025
Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Visiting and managing points of sale throughout Switzerland.**
* Maintaining close relationships with retail partners and boutique teams.
* Monitoring **sales performance** and stock levels.
* Providing brand and product **training to retail staff**.
* Supporting **local marketing** activations and events.
* Taking part in the preparation and execution of **Watches & Wonders 2026.**

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
* You have a first experience in **sales, marketing, or luxury retail**, ideally within the watchmaking or premium goods sector.
* You are a strong communicator, confident and engaging with clients and partners.
* You are self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable working on the road across different regions.
* You are fluent in **French**, **English and German.**
* You are willing to travel across Switzerland up to **four days per week**. Holding a valid **driving license** would be appreciated.
