The sales promoter conducts visits to press points of sale in French-speaking Switzerland to promote newspapers and magazines for which publishers have subscribed to a promotional service. At a selection of points of sale, they ensure dedicated merchandising and product highlighting, check promotional devices, and carry out weekly reporting. They are a driving force for conviction to have merchandising approaches and active sales techniques adopted by the sales network.Sales Promoter - 100%The main missions are as follows:- Ensure regular visits to nearly 300 points of sale spread across French-speaking Switzerland (approx. 30 visits/week, 4 days out of 5 in the field) according to the established tour schedule- Ensure the merchandising of the titles concerned: product placement on the shelf, grouping by family, installation of displays, taking before-and-after photos- Train and coach point-of-sale teams to convince them of the merchandising actions carried out, to have the commercial approach and active sales techniques adopted- Be a source of proposals for actions allowing for increased sales- Establish weekly reports for publishers including analyses and compliance with promotional schedules by points of sale, take photos of the devices, report needs for [data redacted] and updating the database, implement any new promotional [services/actions] for the press- Master internal tools for visit reporting, data updating, and exchanges with teamsProfile:- 2 to 5 years of experience in a commercial or merchandising role within a network of points of sale- Knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss territory- Mastery of common office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)- Driver's license- Commercial spirit, excellent customer spirit, pedagogy- Autonomy, sense of rigor, physical stamina, and efficiency- Resident in Switzerland an advantageThe perspectives we offer you:- A varied and autonomous activity- A dynamic work environment- A fixed salary and reimbursement of travel expenses- A company car usable for professional and private purposesWe look forward to receiving your complete application (CV, work certificates, and diplomas) via the link.
