Your tasks

• Creating Content for Social Media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
• Updating the website (on hubspot) with future events, new videos, landing pages and additional information
• Creating Newsletter for CH, DE, USA (on hubspot)
• Creating campaigns
• Editing of videos and promotional materials
• Help with organizing events, from booking the venue to preparing documents and offers, as well as setting up an information system.
• Supporting the Sales reps with questions, calls, contact prospects to give further information/material
• Giveaway and print material stock management and handling
• Support Head Sales & Marketing

What you bring along

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Know how to work with Canva,the Adobe suite, ideally Hubspot as well as the Office pack
• Knowledge in implantology or dentistry would be an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken. Additional communication skills in French are an advantage.
• Team spirit, independence, and a structured way of working
• Self-motivated team player who enjoys working in an extended team
