Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, focusing on lead generation and deal closure to exceed sales targets
  • Accelerate market penetration by implementing targeted sales strategies to introduce innovative products and solutions
  • Engage with customers by presenting Chemspeed solutions at client sites, conferences, and seminars
  • Analyze R&D lab workflows and collaborate with the workflow design team to deliver tailored automation solutions
  • Improve sales efficiency by leveraging CRM tools and in-house support to streamline the sales process
  • Ensure timely, complete, and high-quality execution—make things happen!

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience of complex scientific / technical investment goods, preferably automated lab equipment or related field
  • Sales experience would be a plus
  • Highly self-driven, goal-oriented and market-focused personality
  • Degree in chemistry, science or engineering 
  • Excellent presentation, communication skills
  • Enjoy direct contact to customers and frequent traveling
