As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for the development and complete management of your sector. You actively contribute to the company's growth by implementing a structured and results-oriented sales approach. **Main Responsibilities** - Develop and retain a portfolio of key clients. - Implement the sales strategy and CRM tools. - Ensure structured follow-up of clients, opportunities, and actions (30 days). - Identify potential for upselling and cross-selling. - Prepare each meeting with clear objectives. - Monitor market developments and report key trends. **Profile** - Confirmed experience in B2B sales, ideally in construction or capital goods. - Ability to develop long-term relationships. - Autonomy and rigor. - Mobility for travel in Romandy. - Languages: Excellent command of French and good knowledge of German. - IT skills: Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Teams, and a CRM (any commercial or technical CRM is a plus). - A background in sales or field experience is valued. **We Offer** - A structured commercial position and a recognized product portfolio in the market. - Package: Fixed + variable compensation and a company car (private use included). - Long-term prospects in a growing company with a dynamic spirit.
