To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Engineer - Advanced Technologies. With your engineering background, you build from zero, through strategic thinking, working with partners across long industrial cycles. You act as a key contributor to the business development of the assigned markets with the objective of building strong and scalable B2B relationships. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the company's strong growth in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.Responsibilities- Sell advanced technology solutions.- Develop assigned markets to drive sales growth.- Identify, meet and develop new customers by positioning new technology at a high level.- Build account plans and close business cases from initial discussion to industrial adoption.- Develop, align and execute structured go-to-market plans in close collaboration with management and engineering.- Ensure rigorous commercial execution (projects, pipeline, priorities, forecasts) and follow up on the defined actions.Profile- Engineering degree in electrical engineering, mechanical, or other engineering fields.- At least 5 years of proven success in a similar commercial role with track records in B2B technical business development/sales with a structured business development approach.- Multi-market experience, in industrial powder metallurgy, magnets, semiconductors, high power, electronics, motors design, resistance welding or EDM.- Must have had experience selling solutions where the product is not yet standardized.- Structured and execution-driven, able to manage multiple projects in parallel and drive through to results.- Strong business mindset, able to understand technology and sell its benefits at all levels, before closing the deal with a strong willingness to co-develop as a team.- Fluency in English is essential.
