To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Director for our Delémont branch

YOUR MISSIONS

• Achieving quantitative and qualitative sales targets for new and used cars
• Supporting, motivating and developing a sales team
• Leading the sales team through coaching and regular follow-up
• Being an example for your colleagues and passing on your skills
• Monitoring sales operations and planning necessary actions to achieve set objectives
• Achieving a personal sales volume
• Meeting customer expectations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Managing used vehicle stock
• Ensuring the general quality policy and continuous improvements
• Developing sales supported by events and marketing actions defined in collaboration with the Commercial Director
• Training and supporting new sales advisors
• Establishing budgets and monitoring profitability

YOUR PROFILE

• More than 3 years of experience in personnel management in automotive sales
• Federal VET Diploma in a technical or commercial field, complemented by higher education
• Good leadership, analytical and decision-making skills
• Strong commercial sense and comfortable with prospecting
• Good interpersonal skills, excellent communicator with a positive attitude
• Regional network, knowledge of the local economic fabric and resident in the canton of Jura
• Native French speaker with excellent knowledge of English or German
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and new technologies
• Enjoys teamwork while being autonomous
