Our corporate culture is based on values that we live every day to create an inclusive, sustainable work environment.We are looking for you as a Sales Employee / Sales Assistant for new constructions & for Romandie and Upper Valais at our head office.Your mission:You support the sales team in the management of contractual data and the management of requests in our various tools. Your work ensures the quality and reliability of our processes, contribution, and follow-up of quotes in the CRM, management of bids in various external tenders, updating and maintaining customer data in the CRM, requesting and sending purchase orders, digitally archiving offers and necessary documents for order registration, based on a checklist and contractual files according to KONE guidelines. You will have client contacts by phone and in writing and contribute actively to continuous improvement of internal processes.Your added value:CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent, knowledge of contractual terms (GCA) welcome, French language (education in French), excellent knowledge of the German language is required (minimum B2 level) to communicate with DACH colleagues and Upper Valais clients. Bilingual preferred! Mastery of MS tools, SAP and/or CRM (Salesforce) appreciated, structured, autonomous working method, service-oriented and customer focus, team spirit, reliability, commitment, and enthusiasm, excellent oral and written communication skills.
