For one of our clients, we are looking for a receptionist.Missions:- Order management: Complete management of the customer process: processing and tracking of offers, orders and deliveries, shipments and stock, customer follow-up and payment tracking in coordination with market managers.- Customer service: Technical and commercial support for Swiss customers (email and telephone), management of logistics related to shipments, and handling of after-sales service (SAV) on an administrative level.- Sales management: Management of prices and conditions (FR/DE), sending of invoices, establishment of credit notes, as well as welcoming visitors, management of the reception and the shop, customer advice, and maintenance of a professional reception area.- Shipping and packaging: Monitor shipment tracking.Profile:- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification.- Proficiency in languages: French, German (minimum B2 and very comfortable), and English (B1 or B2).- Ability to manage priorities.- Open-minded towards new technologies and digital solutions. jidb0be1e4aen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
