On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a receptionist. Missions:- Order management: Complete management of the client process: processing and monitoring offers, orders and deliveries, shipments and stock, client and payment follow-up with market managers. - Customer service: Technical and commercial support for Swiss clients (email and phone), management of issues related to shipments and handling of after-sales service (SAV) on the sales side, pricing management and conditions (FR/DE), sending invoices, and establishing credit notes, as well as welcoming visitors, managing reception and the shop, providing customer advice, and maintaining a professional reception area. - Shipping and packaging: Monitor the follow-up of shipments.Profile:CFC in commercial employment or equivalent. Language proficiency: French, German (minimum B2 and very comfortable) and English (B1 or B2). Ability to manage priorities.
