For our Clients and Market department, we are looking for a: Sales and Services Manager (m/f) Your challenges Assume overall responsibility for sales management and coordinate all support functions Oversee the implementation of commercial strategies and ensure quality Lead projects aimed at boosting sales, managing budgets, and ensuring processes while encouraging cooperation between departments Assume responsibility for sales reporting and control Your talents You hold a higher education degree (bachelor or master, ideally complemented by a federal diploma) You have several years of experience in a similar role You possess solid knowledge in project management, budget control, and compliance You demonstrate excellent analytical skills and have a strong decision-making sense and leadership presence Your command of French and German enables you to successfully lead bilingual teams You show interest in new technologies and their application in the sales domain Our benefits 40-hour work week (100%) Minimum 5 weeks of vacation Monthly transport travel expenses reimbursed if traveling by public transportation and significant discount on health insurance Welcome X internal entry: Immediately or by agreement Activity rate: 100% Work location: Bern, Lausanne, or Zurich jid18e0d7eaen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
