We are seeking a highly autonomous and proactive Sales & Office Manager (50%) to support our growing team in Geneva. This role combines commercial and office management responsibilities in a fast-evolving environment requiring flexibility, ownership, and a hands-on approach.Our client is a Swiss SME.MissionsSales & Administration- Manage the full lifecycle of tenders (submission, follow-up)- Oversee license management and ensure tracking- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper invoicing processes and follow up on payments in coordination with financeOffice Management- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and act as the local point of contact- Manage suppliers, office logistics, and processes- Support internal communication across teams- Contribute to process improvements in a scaling environmentProfile- Previous experience in sales administration, office management, or similar roles- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently- High level of autonomy, flexibility, and problem-solving mindset- Experience with tenders, invoicing, and administrative processes- Fluent French is required with a good command of English- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic environmentConditions and Benefits- Part time role. jiddd78b32aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
