Your role is central to the creation of an exclusive, personalized, and memorable client experience for a local and high-potential clientele (VIP, UHNW).Your main responsibilities include:- Welcome and accompany each client with a proactive, tailored approach imbued with refinement.- Ensure highly personalized client follow-up, with a focus on loyalty and the long term.- Promote the heritage, expertise, and excellence of the House through your exchanges and products.- Identify specific client needs and propose exclusive solutions consistent with their world and their expectations.- Participate in private events intended for high-end clientele.- Actively contribute to commercial reporting and client feedback sharing to support the global strategy of the boutique and exceed individual and collective sales targets through an approach oriented toward results and client experience.- Participate in the proper daily management of the boutique and the maintenance of Breguet standards of excellence.Profile- Proven experience (5 to 10 years) in luxury product sales, ideally in watchmaking or jewelry.- Strong culture of luxury and a keen sense of high-end client service.- Ability to develop and maintain a confidential and exclusive relationship with a demanding clientele.- Proficiency with CRM tools and digital environments.- Excellent interpersonal skills.- Impeccable presentation and perfect command of French and English are essential; any other language is an asset (Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, etc.).- Taste for challenge, attention to detail, and passion for the art of watchmaking.Required SkillsLanguagesWorkplaceContact Person jid26ae3a5aen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
