In the context of our activity development, AXEPTA SA, a recruitment and consulting firm active in Switzerland, is strengthening its team and creating a position for a Salary Specialist (M/F) – 80%. We are looking for an experienced, rigorous, and autonomous person capable of managing payroll-related aspects in a dynamic environment linked to the personnel placement sector. Location: Geneva Quick availability is desired (within 1 to 2 months maximum).Your responsibilities:- Complete management of the payroll process for employees and monitoring of the CCT (Collective Labor Agreements) related to the personnel placement sector.- Management of social and legal aspects (AVS, LPP, insurance, etc.).- Collaboration with HR, finance teams, and the management of timesheets and payroll variables.Profile sought:- Confirmed experience in payroll management in Switzerland.- Excellent knowledge of CCTs, ideally in the personnel placement services field.- Previous experience in a recruitment agency or fiduciary is highly appreciated.- A rigorous, structured, and autonomous individual.- Good personality with a team spirit and service orientation.- Comfortable in a dynamic and evolving environment.What we offer:- A position with a key role in an entrepreneurial context and close collaboration with HR and Finance teams.- Opportunity to contribute to existing processes.Availability: Quick (1 to 2 months maximum)Activity rate: 80% jid87e63a4aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
