The Position Le Rosey Camps is seeking qualified Sports Teachers for its summer camps for students aged 8–16 years, taking place in June, July, and August.
The Sports Teacher delivers high-quality, safe, and engaging instruction across a wide range of sports, supporting students’ physical, social, and emotional development. The role includes planning and leading group sports projects, competitions, and multi-sport programs to foster teamwork, creativity, and personal growth.

Candidates must:
Have previous experience and/or training in the supervision of children and in summer camps
Have an excellent command of English
Be experienced and enthusiastic about teaching multiple sports and physical activities, including but not limited to:
Archery, Badminton, Basketball, Beach Volleyball, Football, Golf (practice only), Indoor Climbing, Nautical Sports (Sailing, Stand-up Paddle), Padel, Pool Activities (Swimming and Water Games), Rugby, Self-defence, Tennis, Wake-boarding, Wake-surfing, Water-skiing, Fitness Training, Yoga, Modern Dance
Demonstrate the following qualities:

Qualifications
Relevant degree, certification or training in Physical Education, Sports Coaching, or equivalent
Experience teaching or coaching children or teenagers in multiple sports
Experience in planning and leading group sports projects, tournaments, or multi-sport programs
First-aid certification is required; additional safety, lifeguard or specialist activity certifications are an asset
Experience in international or multicultural environments is an advantage
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver safe, engaging, and age-appropriate lessons for multiple sports
Supervise group projects, competitions, and multi-sport programs promoting teamwork, creativity, and personal growth
Ensure safety in all practical activities, including water and adventure sports
Maintain accurate records of student participation and progress
Encourage confidence, active participation, and enjoyment of sports
Participate in camp life and support students outside of formal lessons

The camps are held at our Rolle campus near Lake Geneva and in Gstaad in the Bernese Alps.
Staff are required to be present, depending on the camp, two to four days prior to the start of the program. During this period, staff receive information, training, and are integrated into the summer camp team.
